It has been suggested to me repeatedly along the way that one should ensure they step out of their comfort zone regularly in life. So here I am, having promised myself I would, doing exactly that. Having long admired artist of the moment Dina Broadhurst’s work, I had long dreamt about buying one of her prints. When the opportunity arose to step inside the frame for her, it was an offer too good to let pass by. That said, it brought with it a fair amount of nerves.
I am in no ways model and have been forced to find a way, to fake it till I make it and this shoot was no different. Of course I was entirely uncomfortable but I just tried to own that moment. I hope you like the final outcome as much as I do. Dina is available for commissions and sells prints. Her details are below. I’m so grateful for the opportunity, a beautiful moment for me to look back on and cherish in years to come. xHermione.
