The greatest joy of living in, or travelling to, Europe is the ease at which one can explore. Popping off to a new city for a night is completely realistic. We are all struck with wanderlust. Eurostar makes this joy even smoother, more accessible and more romantic. Departing from central London, you roll and rumble through paddocks and fields until they become tree lined streets and you’re in France, with anticipation building as you approach Paris.
For my most recent trip trip, I was graced with the fortune of Business Premier. Unnecessary, and yet a great luxury, we were spoiled with speedy check-in just 10 minutes prior to departure, luxe new lounges, extraordinary customer service, a first class menu designed by Michelin star chef Raymond Blanc and Heidsick on tap. With new e320 trains, designed by Pininfarina (the legendary Italian design house responsible for Ferrari’s unique style), this is unsurprisingly the way to arrive in Paris, in style.
Now, Eurostar, where to next…? I’m thinking Amsterdam! xHermione.
Go as far as you can see, when you get there you’ll be able to see further.
