Try to do the meditation in preparation before the daily task you’ll find in the sound file, good luck!
Today is about clearing yourself of any debts! Write all of your debts in your notebook.
These can include debts from a bank account, credit cards, loans, debts to individuals, taxes owing - all of your debts, of any kind. There’s no need to record the specific amount, only to whom and what.
For example: a mortgage, a car loan, a debt to VISA for a gift to Tanya, etc.
After that, make a list of all your monthly payments. The things you are obligated to pay each month and the financial responsibilities you have on a regular basis just listed as items (no figures needed)
For example: rent, electricity, gas or utilities, car or loan repayments, council tax, water,
an accountant, a trainer, a gym membership, a manicure, insurance, petrol, etc. All your usual monthly payments should be included.
Create a complete list of sources which include your ongoing expenses which are constant and changing. This may be an extensive list and take you a little time as you remember different outgoings and debts throughout the day. For some it may be harder but the purpose of this challenge over the 21 days is to overcome these blocks and retrain your mind so do preserve - we’re in this together!
‘’I create my personal abundance from an infinite source’’
Write this in your notebook and look over the phrase, remembering it as many times as possible throughout the day.
Mantra - Aham Bramasmi
Then answer the question, “What does abundance mean to me?” If you want, you can write the answer in your notebook. Think about it and reflect. The answer is different for everyone.
