From our last task, choose 2 things that limit you. Establish a program for yourself by writing down at least 2 specific daily actions that “fix” or reduce a deficiency, or realise that there is a plus side to this defect and start using it to your advantage.
After that, immediately begin to fulfill the intent of your program.
For example: If one of your ongoing challenges is feeling like you’re not ever fully satisfied with what you have achieved, you can establish a daily practice of writing down all of your accomplishments - however small they may seem - every day.
Or if you said that your uncomfortableness in talking about money with clients is preventing you from earning what you are truly worth, start keeping track of those situations so you recognise them when they arrive, and acknowledge your breakthroughs when you back yourself fully. These are two examples, but it is easy to look back at your list and see how these ‘turnarounds’ apply to your chosen 2.

Write the phrase of the day in a notebook and keep it in your head, remembering and saying it as often as possible during the day.
Start as early as possible so that there is more opportunity to repeat the phrase of the day.
